What size frame would you say would be better for me if I am 5'8½" and inside leg 30"?
Would the 16" or 18" Hoodoo be the best?

I would say 16" for fun and 18" for long rides mostly road.

My son is the same size as you pretty much and I bought him the 18", but then again he is only 14 so still growing, does fit him well though for both long rides and messing about down the at the jumps.

Having owned a Voodoo Wanga, I'd say go for the 16". I went for the 18" but I'm a couple of inches taller. I reckon the 16" would be bang on.

Agree with binners.
I'm 6ft and ride and 18" Wanga, you'll probably find the 16" a better fit.
