Ok, I want to put a route into my edge 1000 and then be able to view the poi's around the route but not navigate to them - is this possible ?
Basically I am doing longer rides (200K/300k) and want to be able to put poi's for eg aldi/lidl/mcdonalds/kfc in and be able to see where the next one is but not have to route via it in the first place
Any ideas ?
I think you'll see the POI's by default, it could be that they are only set to show on a higher zoom level. Make sure you don't add too many - they are easy to add, but you can only delete them one by one afaik.
I cant see any way to show them though - the only way I can access poi's is in the "navigate to" bit
I don't have the device at hand right now, try looking under "Tools" / Activity Profiles / <profile> / Navigation / Map / Map Visibility / Zoom Levels.
