i'm sure i've taken them on flights before, but its ok to take aerosols of, say, disc brake cleaner in your hold baggage, right?
a friend is bringing some out for me on a flight, and i would be mortified if i caused problems for her... (they cost about 3x the price out here...)

aerosols are fine in the hold but some people might get stropy if there's a large number. I nearly had a bad time with co2 carts because I had for in one bag instead of two in each.

i always thought i couldn't take CO2 in planes, so i've about 8 cartriges at home 🙁
but thanks, it'll be just one i think, plus some lube (regular bottle though). she's not the most girly girl, so i can't imagine she'll have too many aerosols in her bag!
