Hi anyone got a picture of their setup please? Think I have it right but would like to make sure.

Set mine up and worked fine but had to remove cable to put some rubber washers on the cable to stop it rubbing. When I removed the cable from the pulley the hole the cable is thread through opened up / snapped. Anyone else had this problem when changing cables?

I've got pics but not sure they'll be clear enough

If you've got a pic of yours it'd be easy enough to say if you did them right. That said, the hole shouldn't really be under any load so even if it's opened up it shouldn't really be a major problem though of course it is on a safety critical part...

Think I need to move the pulley so that the hole into the large pully is at the top?

Yeap, like Clubbers

cable should go half way round the small pulley out the hole at about 12 o'clock and follow round the big pulley before exiting
