Seen a good deal on the tyres i want but they are UST and my wheels are not tubeless items, can i run these tyres regardless?

Yes, should be no issues just using a tube. However they will be heavier than the non-UST version if that's an issue?

Yes, but they're heavy (generally about 150-200g heavier than a tubed equivalent), but are tougher.
Or you can run them tubeless by doing something to covert your rims, what you do will depend on your rims!
