[Closed] UST Rim leaking round valve hole

I have a Easton Haven alloy wheel that was working fine tubeless until recently. It seems the valve hole on the inner part of the rim is damaged and now is egg shaped rather than circular and the hole is to much for the Stans liquid to fill. I tried wrapping the rim in electrical tape as a test and then poking the valve through and this held up for about 45 minutes of abuse on the trail.

My question is will Stans tape work as a proper fix or can anyone else suggest what can be done to extend the life of this otherwise perfect rim?

= PTFE plumbers tape wrapped around the lower part of the valve stem
= Rubber o-ring / washer
= Cut a new valve out of an inner tube leaving more rubber around the outside

get a mavic valve, has a rectangular rubber base that sits along the rim base - might cover your egg shaped hole.
