10 minutes into the 30 (!) minute survey it stops with a 'technical error'. What a waste of time!!! Is it just me?

I completed it but no £10 voucher yet - when do we get it?
I get a technical error on page 2 of the survey; muppets.

can't get past the first page. Annoying as I wanted to use the £10 off to pay for some Arch EX rims that are on sale but after missing out last time I ordered them anyway.
Completed the survey this morning expecting instant voucher... no voucher. I'm guessing you have to wait for the prize draw?? 1st of November.
Filled it in without any problems. Only noticed afterward that you only get the voucher if you complete EVERY question. Not sure if I did now... I may have left a few of those free text boxes empty.
No voucher yet, but I did get an order dispatch email as soon as I had clicked submit 🙂
It says at the end the vouchers roll out when the survey finishes.
