Yes, same down here in S. Wales we had loads last night, I'm guessing as the ground is so hard a lot will just run off and not soak in.

I know we all like dusty trails but we need a good sustained amount of rain otherwise we are going to be under drought status by the end of the Summer

Really weird in the Tweed Valley - buckets down for 10 mins then the sun comes out. Can't decide to go out on my bike or not.

Surprising isn't it. I did a few hours on the road bike this morning in mostly nice wetaher (apart from the bloody wind!) but then got caught in a hail/rain shower on the summit of one of the hills near Buxton. 10 minutes later as I was nearing home, it was gorgeous sunshine again.

TBH though, we've needed a bit of rain to give the grass a wetting, and make the trails nice and grippy again.

Can't wait for it to be dr again, as the pollen will be out and about, so the hayfever will be rife!

Monsoon just stopped down here in the Mendips. Hopefully will have dried out again by the morning to get out on the hills.

We've had sun most of today.

Got propper wet yesterday though, Even four hours of sheltering in the pub didn't stop us from getting home without a dry patch between the two of us.

BTW Fatbikes always win the drunken puddle splashing contest. ๐Ÿ˜†

It rained down here in the south for a few hours last night... nothing since!

Maybe enough to settle the dust, not sure as I couldn't get out today ๐Ÿ˜ˆ
