I've an old pair of 2005 Fox Vanilla R's, and I've forgotten:
When reducing the travel from 130mm to 100mm, do I remove each black spacer from each side?
Or does one of them swap legs or something?

No you don't remove them. Simply move them from above the spring to below.

I don't think my internals look like those in the link you gave me... and I can't see for the life of me how snapping them on below the spring helps...
If I take some snaps, can you tell me what goes where??

What + What = 100mm?
