Right chaps, FRance holiday fell through unfortunately, so planing a short break (4 or 5 days) with the missus.

Problem is we don't drive and the places we've looked at don't have easy access from the station to campsite/BB and then on to the trails.

We don't mind riding a few miles from the station to the campsite/pod/BB and then a couple of miles to the trails, but nothing too mental, basically the shorter the better.

We don't mind how far away it is in terms of the initial train journey (The Lakes, Wales and the like is fine)

The most important thing is that we will only have our pedal power for moving oursleves around between train stations and B&B's and the actual riding spots.

What have you got? We are open to camping/Pods/and B&B's

We have a decent budget of two or three hundred quid for fares and accomodation as well.

Thanks in advance

Peak District? Train to Hope Station, stay at the campsite at the end of the road (30 seconds by bike!) Campsite is well appointed etc...

You're on the trails within about 5 minutes from there.
