5 of us have booked to go to Glentress biking from the 27th August to the 31st. We are staying in Peebles.
Unfortunately there are a few more people that have planned to come with us also but not told anyone that they were coming! Aghh! We are now urgently looking for some additional cheap self catered accommodation for 3 people that is located preferably in the Peebles area but Innerleithen or Glentress would be ok also.
Can anyone recommend anywhere please?

There are various campsites nearby available if that's acceptable? We stayed at Tweedside in Innerleithen.

Google: Glentrail House & Kailzie Bunkhouse. Both Excellent accommodation (self catering).
Stayed at both for my stag do in June.

Theres also apartments in Innerleithen if you google Innerleithen apartments etc. These cater for smaller numbers.

We stayed there last weekend - very friendly and helpful (especially when I lost my wallet!). It's B&B but the breakfast is well worth it 🙂
try the Tontine Hotel in the centre of Peebles. I have stayed there before and its rather nice - friendly, good food, bar, wi-fi etc
They also have a bike lockup and washing facilities.
Ask them for their "best price"
I just booked 2 nights dinner bed and breakfast at £55 per night
Does it have to be self catering as i have always stayed at [url= http://home.btconnect.com/glentress/ ]Glentress hotel[/url] at the bottom of the trails. Something like £35 B&B plus you can get an evening meal there to or a couple of quid in a taxi to Peebles.
Infact looking at there website they do self catering now aswell, Inners is 5 miles away.
I've stayed in SC accom at Cardrona (by the big golf hotel place).
