Components wise I know what I want but have no idea on frame. Ideas?
Riding is XC and singletrack, no big jumps, drops etc. I'm fairly light, 74kg.

On-One Scandal with 100mm forks. I've been having a blast on mine, running it singlespeed.

Scandals defo an option, wondering if can get lighter than 1.5kg though?

Depends on how little you are I guess.
