Is there a manual showing how to up the travel from 80mm to 100mm on first gen dual air rebas? I think I have to remove a stopper or add a stopper dont I?

Look at the technical manuals for the year or closest year, will have a spacer in the air assmembly that can be remove to increase the travel if possible.
Not sure if this works for you...

Give it a go yourself. It is very straight-forward. If you find that you can't do it you can then send them to Loco.
Simon that's a cracking guide. I think I can do that. Bit nervous though....
Lower service, so clean of lowers,(replace foam rings) bush check and adjust if necessary would be £20 labour plus postage, if you need new wiper seals that would be extra. 😀

There's an even easier way to remove the spacers and it doesn't require an oil change. It took me a couple of minutes to do, including getting the tools out. Search the www.
Having said that, Loco does a very good job and 20quid sounds very reasonable.
You know there is Rich!
Unfortunately I'm away all week now and I don't have access to it until the weekend. 🙁
It's very easy to do. Either do it yourself or wait until you're in my area and I'll show you how it's done. 15min job.
I keep forgetting to run off a CD of your wedding pics too. Arse! 😉
