Its pretty obvious once you've done that.

If you don't have some where to upload and don't want to set up a flickr account or whatever then just us tinypic.com.

tinypic.com is a free website without the hassle of joining and logging in.
With others like flickr, photobucket, etc, you have to join up for a membership.

www.imgur.com is the best image uploader bar none.
