[Closed] upgraded dampers for pike

I hear good things about the Avalanche damper, they cost about the same as the forks though, not cheap.

If you just want an upgrade have you considered a Lufftkappe?

I'm torn between the fast and the avalanche. More people this side of the pond seem to be on the fast but the open bath nature of the avalanche is appealing from a maintenance point of view.

i already got a tftuned coil in there, and spent a week in les arc riding. immediate thoughts, plush, and grippy. however i found it difficult to get the damper set right so it was good for different types of terrain. you could get it amazing on the smooth stuff or fairly good on choppy stuff but not both
