HI,
Not used my FOX VANILLA forks for about 3 years, been for a spin today feel ok.
They have been stored inside, however?
What recommendations would you give before taking them for a big ride?

I'd probably turn them upside down for a while, then just ride them.

Perhaps a bit of thin lube on the stanchions and into the seals, but apart from that, what Yak said.

Personally I'd service the lowers to play it safe, its not a massive job at the end of the day.
