[Closed] Unexpected help from Formula Italy.

Short story:

I have a set of 2006 ORO PUROs which work ace but I managed to shear a bolt off inside another hollow bolt which holds the diaphragm in the pump body.

Contacted silverfish who are now the formula distributor but were not when the PURO was out. They tried to help me but could only order a whole pump body as the smallest part which was too expensive for a simple fix. They offered me a set of ex demo brakes at a good price to help me out but I wanted to get my PUROs working.

I then contacted formula direct through their website and they have been very helpful and sent out the small parts I required. Top result on an old product. I have Hopes and would expect the same great service from them but this post is to highlight that if you have a niggling request for parts for Formula products then you might do well to contact them direct.
