Forgive me if this is old news but am in such a rage about it I thought I'd have a rant! Anyway, the route to this conclusion is tortuous and tedious but I'm going to have to move insurers because previously co-operative insurance won't go above £2,500 and that means the latest rrp on my Orange Five goes over that and, bang, not insured any more. So they're losing a customer who tried to do the right thing over the sake of a 10% increase in the insured value of a specified item. Daft.

A quick scan seems good reports for AA and M&S but any advice that minimises the amount of time ringing around would be most appreciated. Ta!

didn't Greenbee (now John Lewis) used to get some decent recommendations..
