If it's a p7, the 1200 lumens is just a total lie. They've just made up a figure and decided it sounds good. Expect around 450 lumens.

So compare with other p7 lamps.

If you can find an XML lamp with a floodish beam, that would be where I'd put my money. I made one by combining an old p7 reflector with the dealextreme XML lamp, but there may be more options now that it's been around for a year.

Well you'd also need to buy a helmet strap as it comes with a headband which is not suitable for helmet use.
The battery info is incorrect, says 6400Mah? but its 4400 Mah.
Plus you cant get 1200 Lumens out of a that led, even if you did you wouldnt get anyway near 3 hrs out of it.
Oh, also you'd need a mains adapter as its a US plug on the charger.

there was a UK guy who sold modified ones of those for MTB use with nice warranty etc, anyone remember? i could do with one to go with my bar mounted MJ872 for an enduro..
