Possibly stupid question regarding RX Ultegra mech fitting. There are 2 plates on the rear, rather than the usual 1 that rest on the hanger stop.
Which one should you use - top or bottom? Makes quite a difference to the angle at which the cable enters the barrel adjuster.

What was the answer? I installed it with both plates above/behind the tab on the hanger, but haven't gone any further

Yeah, that.
Makes for very tight cable routing but seems to shift ok.
