Ordered hope hub spare of UKBS on Thurs - Estimate despach Monday (today) - order confirmed Thurdsay, email this morning saying order processed (i.e. CC debited), then another order packed, then another order despached. Blimey, think some online retailers could learn a thing or two about order tracking !

Yup - ordered a couple of things from them recently (inc Hope spares). Brilliant service.

I tried them and got very good service. They also answer the phone and dish out honest advice.

They're not too quick answering e-mails when they mess up an order though!
