Thanks for all the advice, encouragement, mockery etc from previous thread. Definitely going to take this further and look for a UK supplier. If nothing else, it's a more interesting way of using (and maybe losing) your money than getting 3% at the building society.

Are you going to check that the person welding the tubes together is actually a UK Passport holder?
Will dual nationality still be ok?
Does the welding equipment have to be built in the UK?
