Wondering if anyone outthere might know someway of finding out the paint code for this bike.

Funny but not very helpful, does anyone know where to find colour swatches, I know it's bronze but need to find the paint code.

The paint code will probably be a RAL code or a Pantone colour, or an RGB code. Google colour charts for those terms, and have a look.
Ever thought of contacting Dawes?
Just downloaded the pdf. It'll be a base colour with a metallic and / or pearlescent lacquer. Why not contact Dawes' distributor in the UK if you're after more information or touch-up paint?
Contact Dawes or if you have a sample of the paint take it down to a motor factor who mixes paint, Brown Brothers for example, and they will not just give you the code but can also mix up a tin too.
