[Closed] UD carbon and carbon - exotic forks, whats the difference?

I think it's only the outer, cosmetic, layer that is "variable" isn't it ?

Thats what the images suggests, same weight, just different finish by the look of it but im not entirely sure

depends what's underneath.

The woven fabric could be just a 'tougher' covering over UD underneath and the UD do away with that.

or the UD could be cosmetic over a woven underneath for people who don't like the woven look.

If the UD are fully UD then one would expect a bit more optimisation but it could be that they just wanted to make the UD fork that was a bit stiffer.

In short - who knows!
