[Closed] Uberbike, nice guys

Ordered some sintered pads for my Avid Xo trail brakes and when I fitted them they were a tad tight 🙁 requiring a slight mod to fit.I contacted Uberbike to explain my problem half expecting to get fobbed off,but no,the response was very positive . I was going to post them back but decided to take my bike over to show them the problem and get some replacement pads while I was there. The newer model pads "Race Matrix" fitted fine,but the sintered needed the help of a flat file to fit,something I didn't want to try so I could return them for a refund. I got to keep the pair of modded pads and a set of race matrix to try and a few goodies for free for my troubles.Job sorted Refreshing to meet people who actually care.
