I've just got myself a set of On One tyres (smorg rear, and chunky monkey front) and I'm having real trouble getting the tyres to sit evenly on my Crankbros iodine rims. The intention is to run them tubeless, but to get them seated initially I thought I would inflate them with an innertube, but I can't even get them sitting right by that method - it's just a big uneven mess (you can see the line on the side of the tyres dipping below the rim and then back up).
Any ideas to help with getting the tyres to 'pop' or at least sit correctly onto the rim? I'm going no where near tubeless until I can solve this one properly!
Washing up liquid around the bead.
Also you may need to pump them up to about 50-60 psi to get them to seat properly

Yup, I was backing out at around 45 psi, so will pump harder!
Would go the soapy water on the bead route first, then try the excessive pressure - never really found the latter effective. Sometimes it's the taping that causes it, but you don't have any tape with Iodines, right?
