Sorry but having never ridden in the peaks (Ladybower area) just wondering which tyres to fight onto my rims for a weekend visit? Any suggestions please....
A few opinions from the other day

black round ones with big open nobbles, preferably dual compound, fat as **** also
Thanks Carlos ...
tyres? bloody southerners! MTFU and just ride your rims you fairy
Big fat ones. I ride the same tyres year round in the peaks and can't say I've had any specific problems.
Any all rounder, 2.1 or bigger - but they must be skinwall.
I'm told 29" WTB Exiwolfs are PEERLESS in the Peak (and there's some FS on the classifieds!)
Big fat tough sticky round ones. Maxxis Advantage work well for me.
