[Closed] Tyre question, but very specific, (before you groan........)
Very simples. The On One SS "struggled a bit" on the Specialized Summer Race tyres last time I was in Leigh Woods, so I think winter tyres may be in order.
I have the following kicking about / fitted to other bikes. Nevagals, Trailrakers or Maxxis.
Which would be best, remembering I ride on the road to get to swamp............I'm hoping to put one set on til I change back to the Summer tyres

Summer tyre on the back, supertacky maxxis on the front.
For reasons best left, I did this at the weekend (Ashton Court). On road, it was very odd (sort of crabbed from side to side), but in the mud I finally learnt how to drift - I never knew you could use opposite lock on a bike!

If you could be bothered to buy new ones, Bonty Jones ACX are not bad all-round tyres for me; Bonty Mud-X have a good rep on here by those who use them
