Are the Twofish Lockblocks any good to use ?
Do they move/slip when riding ?

yup, they work a treat on my bars.

Don't move or slip but mine is ripping where one of the straps goes through it - the rubber is very soft.

Mine slip sometimes and dazzle me a treat. Better on the oversize bars tho.
Good tho and quick n easy to move between bikes.
