Can someone reccommend me a decent quiet turbo trainer please? Without braking the bank. I'm in Canada so would preferrably be one thats available world wide.

Tacx do a great range of trainers. I have the Flow which ticks al the boxes for me; cadence, power, heart-rate, time etc.
