I was in Porlock this morning and Minehead Cycling Club where holding a Time Trial up the Toll Road. Lots of people where sat near the start on turbo trainers warming up. This got me thinking, where do you find out about how to warm up, time, intensity, heart rate, how long before the start etc?

I'll give it a try sometime, but I don't think I've ever got near a cadence of 150+ though. ๐ฏ
