Hi chaps,
This is for the XC-racing boys - what turbo trainer plans do you use over the winter to train for the XC season?
My training is focussed on endurance, so tempos and intervals on the turbo. I've played around with different turbo plans, pyramids, sprints, long intervals, short intervals.
But, what do you find best for XC race training?

Any particular video suggestion? Or just all of them? One... after.... the... other.
I have one of the sufferfest but cant burn to dvd MPEG4 - help needed please ๐ All the freebie burners I tried wont convert or burn it to disk. What am I doing wrong? Win7 user.

I would be going for 2x20 at 85%FTP to raise threashold mixing in the odd high /low cadence session to build supplesse
reassess FTP monthly
