I'm amazed that people can't get enough watts on rollers, what kind of numbers are you putting out?

379 for 20 mins, 920 for 30 secs. Can do iro 400 watts on rollers but at high cadence so doesn't work for me for any sort of intervals or even sweet spot.
But I am chunky..

That's a lot of watts!

I do my sweatspot and intervals between 80 to 90rpm, which is what I spin on the road, and put out between 300 and 400 at that cadence using gearing down to 53*11

105 rpm gets me to around 600 watts, its here that things get interesting on rollers.

Swedish Chef - Was 'sweatspot' a deliberate mistake? Either way, excellent work ๐Ÿ™‚

Typo, although very appropriate!
