Yes yes I know, don't do them up tight! First time it's happened. Any tips for getting the bloody thing out? I've tried pulling it out with pliers, and pushing it back up by hitting it hard with a hammer. Think it's time to put it in the vice, but I've got a tyre and sealant on so if there's an easy way then that'd be super.
