Hi,
I bought a set of 29er Stans ZTR 355 rims from Merlin and would like to set them up tubeless.
The rims didnt come with any rim strips. Do i need the rim strips with the valves built in?
I will be using either Schwable or Bontrager tubeless ready tires.

yellow tape and a valve is all that's needed, have a look at somewhere like Just Riding Along

25mm yellow tape and valves cut from old tubes. Mail me for tape - I have spare.

3m crossweave tape off of eBay 25mm 25 Mtrs for about 2.50 delivered !
Only use genuine 3m
Use the proper valves with removeable cores as it makes inflating so much easier.
