Compressor / airshot?

Probably this, but you could try seating the tyre using a tube, then break the seating on one side and remove the tube followed by the 'tyre lever trick' of lifting the free bead with a tyre lever which you then run horizontally around the rim to pull the bead up onto the bead bead - then pump like mad with the valve core removed.

Washing up liquid around the sides. Take the core out of the valve.

IIf that fails put a tube in, inflate. Remove tube but leave one side seated. Inflate. Don't bother about the sealant until you have got the tyre inflated. Once you've inflated add sealant through the valve.

If you are struggling I've got a airshot you can borrow.
