Made an online order (nothing too fancy or pricey - a dropper post lever!) early this month.
Website said it's in stock and to be delivered within the week.

Nothing arrived.. order not updated.

They're not responding to emails
Not answering phone lines.

I just wanted to see IF they have any news, or to cancel the order.
Which it seems I can't do through their website...Hmm...

Anyone live near them know what's going on?

Looking at Google 'questions' there seems to be lots of people in a similar boat to myself...

I'm waiting on an order coming into stock, emailed them a few days ago and got a reply next day assuring me the expected delivery date was still a goer.
Like any bike shop I expect they are snowed under.

Internets telling folk they are an issue will likely make it worse for them.

Ordered some obscure parts gor the GT grade that I could only find there. Usual time passes for delivery during lockdown and they turned up. No issues.

Was it a bonty remote by any chance? I've been waiting for mine since 17 May. A saddle I ordered in June came after 2 weeks so the delays are evidently product-dependant.

I've emailed them asking them to cancel the order after giving up on phoning them.
