does this firm still exist. web site is up but no reply to emails or telephone messages. anyone used them lately? bit loathed to order online without they are still in business.

sounds a bit odd - not ordered off for some time but pretty good on communication and on a problem of my making seemed a genuine nice guy i remember ordering once when website said on holiday and stuff still turned up promptly though i could have waited
