Afternoon All

Anyone else had one of these fail? The bit around the bottom of the bearing cracked and fell off finding a new home in the Peak. Anyone else had this please and if so were Trek ok with warranty? Many thanks. Paul

My Rumblefish magnesium link has a small crack (and has done for the last few months, probably longer). Bike shop said that the replacement would be a carbon version from a Superfly - and quoted about £45 for it.

I'm not the original owner so warranty didn't come into it, but the shop had already started a warranty claim before I told them that - so I imagine you should be fine for a warranty replacement.

Depends on age whether it is still under warranty or not- pop it with your receipt back to the Trek dealer. If out of warranty then they can quote for a replacement- simples!
