I have just got the shock back after servicing for my Tref Fuel ex 9.9
It came off easily but now I am trying to refit it the lower bushing seem too big to fit back in. TF have supplied new bushings but they are exactly the same size as the old ones they have returned. The only solution I can see is to loosen off one side of the swing arm but I cant see why that is needed when it came off so easily.

Any advice welcome.

Thanks

They are a bit tight going back in the bottom end, but found that pushing the shock while wiggling it around gets it to go in.

if it is a 2008-2012 Full Floater design model then best method is to loosen off the main pivot a smidge, fit the shock in and then retension to the correct torque.
