Can anybody recommend me a good travel insurance to cover me for a forthcoming biking holiday. Would also be looking to have the bike insured against theft and damage too.

Much thanks in advance.

Have used them to cover climbing, but not biking, holidays. Seem reasonable and straightforward to me, but never had to claim.

Might sound far fetched, but check out the halifax ultimate reward account. It comes with travel insurance which I know covers skiing so I'd imagine also includes other 'extreme' sports.

Not had to use it myself but know someone who had a substantial claim (helicopter rescue & repatriation) and aside from a few side issues he was sorted out.

I use Dogtag (Skiing, kayaking, Scuba and MTB). Not cheap, but better to be safe than sorry.

Oh and you get a Dog Tag too! ๐Ÿ˜€
