I am getting some new cycling glasses with a prescription lense.Just been looking at the transition lenses and wondered what your views on them are? I do road cycling, mtb all year round including night riding and racing and wondered if these are suitable? Do they change quick enough dipping in and out of the woods when your racing? Or maybe i should just try a general clear or tint lense? Your views on Oakley,Optilabs or even Specsavers transitions lenses would be good!
Thanx Max
Steptoes steered me away from Oakley Transitions for riding in - they take 4 or 5 minutes to change apparently. They pointed me towards G30s instead which have been great.
My old man has some Optilabs prescription specs and they seem to be pretty good. Certianly they go pretty dark, and virtually clear, but I've no real idea how quickly.
