I do a bit of running and usually like to follow a set training plan for a particular event, e.g 8 week plan for 10k. This helps vary my running and provides a lot of motivation for me. These plans are very easy to find online.
Are there equivalent ones for mtb, e.g. 10 week plan for 24 hour.
