Just wanted to check with the STW massive.
Been off all bikes for a month, but have a 100mile road event on July 14. I can ride 2 x per week until then.
Its it best to spend say 4 weeks riding at base and 2 going hell for leather, or at this point in the year base is "already done" over the winter so shall I spend six weeks riding at distance as fast as possible?
