Hi all,
I'm in training for my next Charity Boxing Fight taking place in September and I'm going to start training with wrist / ankle weights. I'll also be wearing them around the office etc.
Question is....would it be a benefit / advisable to wear them whilst on the bike? Would the cons out weight the benefits?

can't imagine any benefit from wearing them on a bike, you could adjust the brakes so they constantly bind, that would give a good workout?
