I've previously used TR low volume SSB, build, specialty to get fairly fit but I'm interested in trying the polarised plans. Has anyone used them? Good results?

Not TR polarised specifically but I used the SS stuff a fair bit years ago with decent returns from it.
Felt I was going around in circles and eventually switched to a more polarised model although not through TR - have seen/felt some good improvements in aerobic fitness and endurance.
