I'm up in Scotland on holiday, and I've brought my bike. Can anyone suggest any good trails in the area? I'm staying near PA27 8BU. Anything good within easy reach?

Thanks!

R

There is the Firetower trail at Lochgilphead if that's not too far away?

Also this route which starts past Inverary.

Yep, would second the Auchindrain loop, prepare to get wet though, lots of fords and streams!

The nearest 'trail' I know of is Puck's Glen near Loch Eck. Its a bit of a tourist attraction though, might be a bit busy with families and walkers.

There are also good trails in lochgoilhead and arrochar, both about a half hour's drive away.
