Am off to Southern Ireland this weekend (Caherdaniel). Are there any decent trails round there and how easy are they to find?

Generally hard to find, no maps, no bridalways, few footpaths - but it generally means deserted trails made by deer that are great to ride.

Post on the following to get a better response as I have no idea where that is (dublin based).

mtbireland.com
madmtb.com
epicmtb.com

(could google cork MTB club or MBUL if near limerick, 795 are wexford based)

There is a lot of excellent road riding in that area.

mbcc will know of the best mountain biking

You are reasonably close to the ballyhoura trails while you're in that part of the world
