Driving down to Basingstoke from the North East on Sunday with work and hoping to break up the drive with a few hours on the bike. Anyone know of any good XC/AM trails/trail centres on that sort of route? I'll be heading down A1(M) then M1. Somewhere with a bike wash would be an added bonus as I'll be going to a hotel after...

Bike bag and bath in the hotel room always solved that one for me in the past 🙂
Divert off down the A19 to the NY moors.
Or off the M1 at Sheffield for the Dark Peak.
Swinley Forest when you're down there.
