Looking for a new set of SPD shoes - cheaper the better ๐Ÿ™‚

Nothing too clumpy, and would really like long cleat slots so I can push the cleats right back (hate the feeling of riding on my toes)

Any recommendations?

Thanks

Tim

Giro terraduro are nice and good for walking in though I use them on my cxravel bike rather than MTB. Narrowish fit though so best to try on.

I recently bought a pair of these https://www.bike-discount.de/en/buy/shimano-sh-am501-mtb-gravity-shoes-799014 and love them. Wide toe box, no stupid buckles or boa, ventilated, and a long cleat pocket. The first shoes I've ever had where I may move the cleats forward a bit. Stiff enough with Shimano trail pedals, comfy for walking, and the look great.

Would recommend likes of Shimano AM51/31 but they are sadly discontinued...

Managed to buy NOS pair for 50 quid just recently ๐Ÿ™‚

Cheers!
